Events House Inc delivers motorsport activations and experiential events across the United States, with operational bases in Austin, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. From COTA race weekends in Austin to major brand activations on the Las Vegas Strip, we handle full-service delivery — simulators, pit stop challenges, show cars, and fan engagement experiences, with logistics, staffing, and on-site management included.
We run the full range. Playseat and Fanatec entertainment simulators for high-throughput fan zones and head-to-head racing grids. The X6 full-motion simulator with FIA-licensed D-BOX actuators for premium, high-immersion experiences. A half-car replica cockpit that gets closer to sitting in a real racing car than almost anything else at this footprint. Every format integrates with eventshouse.app for leaderboard functionality, with data capture and metrics.
A high-energy tyre change challenge in three formats: full car , half-car, and an LED version for venues where space or logistics require a different approach. It works across fan zones, brand events, corporate hospitality, and team building. It's one of our most-requested products, and the reason is straightforward: it works.
Show cars and replica racing cars as standalone activation centrepieces: fan photo opportunities, brand presence, and visual anchors for wider activation spaces. They work well alongside simulator and pit stop experiences, with the show car as the visual draw and the wider activation as the engagement engine. We also deploy heritage assets for filming days, exhibitions, and bespoke branded experiences where something more specific is needed.
AR experiences, custom photo opportunities, bespoke game interfaces, big screen racing, motion cinema, and scoreboard competitions. Some are built on eventshouse.app, others are fully bespoke. All of them are tied back to data capture and client objectives. The technology is built to serve the experience, not the other way around. We've delivered digital activations ranging from an AI-powered telemetry stat card at AWS global summits to a 4D Motion Cinema experience for Aramco across a full race season.
A real-life human performance challenge used by elite athletes, adapted for event environments. Thirty-second gameplay, fast throughput, and competitive by design. Custom button layouts, fully brandable structure and screens, and single, two, and four player variants to suit different formats and audience sizes. Like all our activation products, it integrates with eventshouse.app for live leaderboards, with data capture and metrics, so the competitive element runs across the full event day rather than ending when someone walks away from the kit.
