MKTG needed a partner who could manage the Visa Cash App Red Bull Racing asset programme at a global scale.
The pool spanned both sides of the Atlantic: in the UK, a Fanatec Simulator, two Playseat Intelligence Simulators and the F1 2026 VCARB Show Car: in the US, an F1 2024 Show Car and two Fanatec Simulators built, set up and shipped by our team.
Delivery ran across 12 countries in the past year, inluding the UK, Greece, Italy, Singapore, Mexico, China, Dubai and more.
Moving high-value F1 assets globally means facing venues that were never built for them, from a ski resort up a mountain to a shopping mall with no vehicle access. In some cases, the Show Car had to be dismantled offsite and rebuilt inside the venue.
A dual-hub operation, based in Swadlincote, UK and Buda, Texas, enables rapid mobilisation to these locations. Frieght moved through pre-vetted, high-security partners with GPS tracking, giving real-time visibility on complex or high-risk moves.
Condition reports were completed at every stage, providing clear evidence of care through each disassembly and rebuild. The right event crew handled load-in, load-out, and live activation management, while a three stage branding approval process kept brand identity intact even as assets were re-worked on site.
